    I have solved it, but I don't know how. I set up client 3 exactly as client 1 and it worked. But client 1 still doesn't. I can't see any difference, but I know there must be one. For the moment that is an adequate solution. Thanks for the help.

    I hit save and apply and then when I look in the keys and certificates the client certificate field is filled in again. It looks like it is not saving properly.

    Unable to access VPN tab

    No, wireless router mode. My apologies. This is a Firefox problem, not a router problem. I tried logging in with Opera and was able to access the VPN tab. Clearing cache in FF has not helped, but I can always use Opera for router admin. Sorry to waste your time.

    I did factory reset. The login was reset to admin/admin, so it definitely worked. Even without changing any of the settings, I was unable to access the VPN tab. It again came up with the new login screen asking me to sign in with my ASUS router account. Does anybody have any other ideas? Thanks.
