Unable to access VPN tab

New Around Here
Hi,

I have an Asus RT-AC56U with (now) 378.56_2 firmware installed. I upgraded from a previous version that I cannot remember the release number for, but I installed it some 6 months ago. Now I can log in to the Network Map tab using my Asus router account details. When I click on the VPN tab, I get asked for the Asus router account details again. I input exactly the same details, but they do not get accepted.

I did upgrade to version 380.57_0 and still had the problem. I then downgraded to my current version.

Does anyone else have this problem? Can anyone suggest a solution.

Many thanks.

Are you using AP-mode?

No, wireless router mode.

My apologies. This is a Firefox problem, not a router problem. I tried logging in with Opera and was able to access the VPN tab. Clearing cache in FF has not helped, but I can always use Opera for router admin.

Sorry to waste your time.

Try Private Mode (or whatever it is called) in Firefox.
