Thx, I a teacher in informatics and educate young people (18+) in wireless communication.We have a couple of such a Asus routers at school. There task next week will be to upgrade the firmware. (nice exercise)
I was also looking at alternative firmware for this model of router, but no luck. (it is not supported by Asuswrt-Merlin nor by Openwrt or dd-WRT) It's a pitty.
