Quick update, so we are 2 weeks in since I basically flashed the same firmware over the top and still no reboots been required whereas before it was lasting a couple of days between reboots. There has to be some table or temp areas somewhere that is reset\wiped during a flash which isn't reset...

As a test i've just re-flashed the latest firmware which was already installed and see if it lasts well over a month again, if it does then it must be due to something getting either bloated, full or corrupted over time which isn't reset fully at a reboot but is when you do a firmware update...
