    Release Asuswrt-Merlin 386.5 is now available

    Fixed it. Settings menu 11 and then 8 disable security Secure Mode from Skynet disables SSH and Web GUI access from the WAN interface I found. I've enable LAN&WAN and only allow 1 ip external, so for me it is solved.

    Everything ok with 386.5, one thing I found : Can't change SSH in Administration from LAN to LAN/WAN, when saving and refresh page it is back to LAN. Will do via nvram now.

    What I really miss or I can't find, like you have with Skynet on Merlin, is some webpage which shows who is attacking my router. I had to go back from Merlin, cause of WiFI 5G issues on my AX86U. I can't find any log to show that.

    Things I want to be added

    - something that allows me to do some LAN firewalling, like which mac or ip has WAN access - bandwidth control with time schedules - bind 2,4 and 5 Ghz wireless to one VLAN i.e. 501, which I maybe can push to AiMesh nodes, it is possible, cause I do it manual.

    2 - RT-AX55 Access points using Aimesh?

    I've AX86U and 2x AX55 running as nodes without issues. Only thing is they can't run Merlin, but with Merlin only on AX86U it also works. The nice thing with AIMESH is that you have one point for setup. I use AX86U as router cause of throughput. One son gaming and others use streaming and so on...

    Don't know if it helps, but I always putted my console in DMZ. And never had issues. The only issue I've now is my Nvidia Shield, where I see sometimes bad streaming, but first I've to rule out it is coming from my AX86u

    Do you have same issue like me? What I did cause 2.4 and 5 Ghz had same SID name, I blocked macadresses on 5 Ghz, may it helps for you.

    I had same issue, but I blocked all 2.4's only devices on 5ghz and have no issues. On wifi with macaddress

    AX55 - When?

    But if you don't need anything special on AX86U, you can also run official AX86U firmware. I only use Merlin cause of Entware where I install Privoxy (proxy) which I need to run Spotify from work :)

    Since yesterday I'm running AsusWRT Merlin Beta 5 on AX86U and on AX55 the latest offcial 386 release from ASUS site
