I have an RT-AX88U Pro, upgraded from RT-AX86U, I've checked the disable 11b box on both routers and changed to N only through different firmware versions but a quick network scan show 11b always being broadcast. Is this a known bug?

I've factory reset and rebuilt everything to no avail - nodes are not transmitting the guest network. Does anyone else have any suggestions? I would open a ticket with support however I've been down that road many times; its always a dead end.
