The lan3 is actually wan. I connect "in" to wan and "out" from lan. Sorry, I'm not a native english speaker.

I'm a bit lost, sorry to say. Will a gigabit switch remedy this? Do I understand correct that I cannot use the 2,5g lan port for anything, because then I will not get backhaul in the right speed?

But port 3 is Wan, and I only have Lan to Wan between the XT12's, nothing else and Cat6 cables. They are all chain connected, so if I disconnect any port 3, all units after that will loose cable connection.

How do I know which of the units it is?

All cables are new Cat6 cables and as far as I can tell, the only cables are connecting modern hardware with faster than 100mbps ports.

Hi. On the topic, I have 5x XT12 connected by Cat6 lan cables. I still get a yellow prompt in the admin console. I use the XT12's as switches so to speak, so I have conmnected WAN port as incoming and Lan1 as outgoing on all units. I don't really see any slowdowns, but any idea why I get a...

Problem solved. I used the AC2900 firmware instead of the AC86U firmware. Now it upgraded without issues.

Still no go. I deleted and reset all XD6 nodes, but my AC2900 will still not update.

I do have in a mesh setup. Was it sufficent to just disconnect all the mesh nodes, or did you have to reset all units and set it all up from scratch?

I tried updating two times now, no error messages, but FW still shows 387.7_2. Any suggestions? I tried rebooting, resetting etc...
