    Zbig.. thanks for the recommendation and update.. that is prob a good option.. perhaps get an older generation Router and config it as a repeater.. Footprint is also a concern however as I hoped to get something much smaller.. but good angle ! Matt

    2 issues.. Sonos seems to have an issue with repeaters.. And Amped seems come up.. Second.. Chromecast does not like Amped wireless repeaters.. So I need to connect directly to to my Asus router..and all works fine. Not sure if it's a handshakeing issue.. Hoping a asus repeater. Will correct...

    Ill certainly try the file.. what if I put the ASUS 68u in bridge mode ?.. and have the Modem handle the DHCP .. ? Disable the wireless on Modem and let the ASUS in bridge mode handle all WIFI including 5G ?.. would I be losing any worthwhile functionality ? thx

    so.. this maybe old news .. but playing with my 68U and 5G I have found huge variations in performance and bandwidth by playing with the 5G channels. Though network tools : At channel 36 I found that my bandwidth went from 3xx to 1300 mbps .. but signal dropped to below 50$ .. the sweet...
