Thanks for the easy to follow details. - I install & update UnBound all via the AMTM interface. Before actioning your SSH changes, GUI was 1.4.1. Now GUI is 1.4.4. AMTM showed no updates to UnBound before & after, as showing installed level v3.25. My GT-BE98 Pro had a full install from...

Thanks for peeking at this, knowing you have a really busy "dance-card" for us on the Add-Ons. To answer your questions from my experiences. 1. When you go to the UnBound GUI, no error messages. Just get this blank looking panel view, as attached. 2. Click on 'Update Stats', no changes...

Alpha2 up in a smoothless conversion from Alpha1. The weird high number Client count on Network-Map appears to have been fixed (thanks!!), reality returns.

Unbound 3.25 on 102-6 Alpha. Appears everything fine on SSH operation. The GUI locks up the display, no data. Thought this GUI worked on 102-5 level. Over to.. @Martineau

All's good on new Alpha (g5507234591). Network Map, Client numbers still crazy large values. As per earlier appender, on these Alpha's, everything does seem a little quicker & smoother on GUI's then the earlier 102-5 levels.

Client count back to reality after about 15mins. Assume some table building going on, or similar... This morning...some invisible Clients back..

Installed Alpha1 on GT-BE98 Pro, plus AiMesh GT-BE98 Pro node (always remove node, search and reconnect after updates). The Network Map listed like five times more clients then reality after the update. Normally run ASUS Stock firmware on AiMesh nodes, just some extra playing tonight to see...

    Release ASUS RT-BE96U Firmware version 3.0.0.6.102_38984 (2025/08/26)

Updated the GT-BE96U which was in AiMesh operation with this new code "FW_RT_BE96U_300610238984", after the completion of the reboot the unit was locked/frozen, no flickering on the 2.4/5/6GHz wireless LEDs. Tried WPS Resets, Power off/on's, and the same locked condition. Tried the unit in...

Beta Asuswrt-Merlin 3006.102.5 Beta is now available

Beta1 installed ok on 5Jul'25. The two AiMesh units operational on existing code levels of GT-BE98Pro - 3006_10237839 & RT-BE96U - 3006_102.4_0. My early appends on 3006_102.5 noted that RT-BE96U 2.4 & 5GHz radios & panel LEDs would not enable on code levels of 3006_102.5 (Alpha or Beta)...

BE98Pro Router with AiMESH nodes of BE98Pro & BE96U. The BE96U node didn't enabled the 2.4/5.0GHz bands & LEDs with the main BE98Pro Router on Alpha1 or Alpha2. BE98 Pro node all ok. Alpha2 installed on all three units ok, BE96U node still not operational on 2.4/5GHz. Changed BE96U node to...

Did some more code load scenarios on the BE96U AiMESH unit after another reboot of the main GT-BE98Pro. This alpha1 code "gef34cb8940" does not enable 2.4/5GHz wireless or their LEDS on the BE96U. Code levels of RT-BE96U_3006_102.4_0 & FW_RT_BE96U_300610237839 work fine.

Almost 24hrs on my 3x units. All going very nicely from a family flogging & my home with business linked (VPN) operation. Usually average 50 clients active. Edit-1: Found two quirks on this Alpha level. -->> Both AiMESH units RT-BE96U & GT-BE98 Pro loaded with "alpha1-gef34cb8940" the 2.4GHz &...

    Arrival of DOCSIS 4

Cogeco in Burlington (Ontario) in last few months just made available 2Gb/s (download) & 150Mb/s (upload) on the F@ST3896UM V2 - DOCSIS 3.1 cable modem. Modem spec show it's capable of 5Gb/s & 2Gb/s. DOCSIS 4 around here, not holding my breath!
