[ 3006.102.6 alpha Build(s) ] available build(s)

Not sure why this is an alph release. It's running flawlessly for me on my GT-BE98PRO. 60 connections, 4 VLAN's. Everything lightning fast and no dissconnects. Thank you Merlin. When does this become the Beta stage? I don not see anything from my end thats a problem.

... to test new GPL version more thoroughly.

Just for curiosity. Is BE-86U included in this alpha build? I don't see any update related to this model on either alpha 1 and alpha 2 although I can see there's recently updated one in the changelog that implies newer version from GPL build merged for "other wifi 7"
And just out of curiosity, how hard was it to just click on the download link in first post and check for yourself first ...? 🤔

I did checked but it seems like it's all related to change at webui level? As I only see there're newly alpha builds for be98 and be92), which is named as alpha 2 as opposed to be 86u ones

That is the the main point of this update; new GPL are just coming, and not for all models at once; it is an alpha after all.
And, I think people are way too much preoccupied with GPL versions, and dont necessarily get it that Merlin patches things in many instances faster than Asus; thus new GPL or not (unless some specific closed source problem patched in it) are rather irrelevant ...

I see, thanks! I just wonder to see if the new fixes come as part of merlin one (https://www.snbforums.com/threads/asus-rt-be86u-firmware-version-3-0-0-6-102_38984-2025-08-11.95436/). That means newer GPL builds for be86u will not be included in these alpha builds until GPL for all models are rolled out 😅

Alpha2 up in a smoothless conversion from Alpha1. The weird high number Client count on Network-Map appears to have been fixed (thanks!!), reality returns.

Unbound 3.25 on 102-6 Alpha. Appears everything fine on SSH operation. The GUI locks up the display, no data. Thought this GUI worked on 102-5 level. Over to.. @Martineau
I was made aware of your post regarding a possible new issue when loading the Unbound Stats WebUI page on the 3006.102.6 Alpha build. Is this an intermittent problem? Or does it happen every single time?

When the WebUI page gets loaded, are there any error messages listed on the "Browser Console" window? (Press the <F12> key to open the "Browser Console")

If there are any errors, would you please provide a clear and readable screenshot showing the console output?

For context, what is the version of your current Unbound Stats WebUI add-on?
If you have the latest version, you can double-check using the following command via SSH:
Bash:
/jffs/addons/unbound/unbound_stats.sh help
Sample screenshot:
UnboundStats_SSH_CLI_Help.jpg

BTW, just to double-check, I installed the latest Unbound Manager + Unbound Stats versions on my RT-AX86U_PRO running F/W 3006.102.5, and the WebUI page loads fine without any problems; so whatever the issue is, it might be something that happens only when the webpage is loaded on the latest 3006.102.6 Alpha builds.

I don't have a test router running the 3006 F/W, and I don't install Alpha or Beta F/W builds on my mission-critical network router.
