    WNDR3700 date & time

New Draytek Vigor 2130 Router for sale.

I'm selling brand new Draytek Vigor 2130 router (wired with 3G backup ability). I bought it, tested my LAN with it, found no significant difference with what I already have so I'm selling it. The specs can be found here: http://www.draytek.com/user/PdInfoDetail.php?Id=98#PdInfo I've...

What's the best throughput you got?

I agree, too many factors to make any conclusions. I was wondering about "inside your WLAN (and LAN/WLAN)" throughput.

    Help Reaching 300Mbps

Yes I know the difference :) so anyways with all the improvements I get 33Mbps throughput on N/5 GHz/Auto channel width

What's the best throughput you got?

Would you please share you numbers and configurations (AP/Router and clients). Also if possible mention how busy is your WiFi neighborhood.

    Help Reaching 300Mbps

Ok, so setting both the card's and AP band's width to Auto did the trick (sort of) the status for the adapter shows 300/250/160 (keep changing) the throughput increased insignificantly (about 10mbps) to about 30mbps, measured with NET Speed Test.

    Help Reaching 300Mbps

I'd like to get an advice here too. My setup is pretty simple in an attempt to get 300mbps at least show in the status of the connection. The AP is DAP-2553. The band is 5.0 GHz The encryption is WAP2/AES The ranger is 10ft The channel is clear from all neighboring APs The channel width...

    DAP-2553 firmware update issues

No, also there is a suggestion to reset to factory defaults after FW update and then restore config settings from file, which sounds reasonable. But now after I saw some reports on 1.20 having issues with 5Ghz band I'm not even sure I want it :)

Help/advice needed, two APs with 2.4 and 5 and connectivity issues.

Thanks, I went through the HOW TOs on this site (very helpful) and I think I got 2.4 not to be pretty stable. Proper channel selection helped. The problem I'm facing now is that on 5GHz band AP looses connection when transferring large amount of data over long time. Basically AP gets flooded...

    DAP-2553 firmware update issues

Well as you can see from my other post it is not completely working as I expected so I was wondering if FW update will make any difference. I've noticed someone else posted another issue related to 1.20 FW so I guess all around it is not a good FW build. :(

    DAP-2553 firmware update issues

I have two DAP-2553 with FW 1.12 and thought to give the latest 1.20 FW a try. Update went without any issues but then I found that none of the setting can be persisted any more. In the admin GUI it looks like your changes took effect but when you restart the AP all changes are gone. I reverted...

Help/advice needed, two APs with 2.4 and 5 and connectivity issues.

I've setup two APs dap-2553 to run one on 2.4 (b/g/n mode) band and another on 5 (a/n mode). The idea is to connect BG clients to 2.4 and N to 5. The problem is that 2.4 clients now started experiencing disconnects, basically it looks like 2.4 SSID disappears for a second. My understanding...
