    The cure is simple... back it up. But to set the ip initiallly to back it up... I had to disconnect, set lan 1st, then wan, then plug all in. only one way... to show the others the actual way to solve this.     Nevermind the stupid questions... how many people liked the actual setup? Bypassing dns by simply using public ip in second router, bogus domaining the priv ip of the first router in the 2nd, you know, the one provided by your isp to hijack your dns? I figured this out when people started...

    Soz, but am so up to date, I forget some sites keep old stock... Network map, phew... I know, it's nippage: 192.168.1.1 = Lte router 2 = Receives LTE router's PUBLIC ip, gives 192.168.1.2 on LAN The rest is irelevant, cause it all works in order from 3, 4, 5, 6, 192.168.1.7...
