Thanks for all your suggestions but I think it may have finally died... I updated the firmware to 376.49 but after it rebooted the power light just flashes like a strobe light. Tried the firmware restore utility with no luck...

Thanks Nullity and fearlegendz.... tried both but still the same. Another problem I'm having is that if the router is switched off I have to do a factory reset and go through setting it up from scratch.

Well I don't quite know how but its fixed!!!!! The rescue tool only ever got to 1% then reset the router which I thought was odd. So I TFTP'd it and left it for a couple of hours after is said successfully transferred. Then I did the reset with the WPS button and it sprang to life...

I think flashing slow is waiting for FW. This thing flashes like a strobe light!

Thanks Tony If I set a static IP address then put the router into recovery I can ping it. TTL=100 I've tried TFTP and it successfully completes. After the router reboots the power LED just flashes fast. Cheers Phil
