That program increases my download speed tremendously by breaking up the file into 8 parts and seeding all of them and then combing the file when completed. And no that program ive used for years

Thats the majority of the things you asked for. I wont be taking the PC apart simply because its a Mini ITX and a pain in the butt to disassemble and reassemble. The computer is a custom Revolt R77 from Ibuypower.
