    My apologies for the confusion. The 86u and 82u are connected wirelessly. They are not connected via Ethernet cable.

    Current setup is ATT Fiber router used as a pass through only. AX-86U wired directly to the pass through. 82U upstairs about 35 feet away. PC Wired directly to 82U.

    Turning off QoS seemed to exaggerate the problem to the point it was nearly unplayable. Thank you though. I’m not sure what’s causing the issue.

    That program increases my download speed tremendously by breaking up the file into 8 parts and seeding all of them and then combing the file when completed. And no that program ive used for years

    yeah neither drive is overly full, SFC doesnt take long at all. Inital update to windows 10 was roughly march 2017. Ive been trying to solve the issue for awhile but mostly with google results until i found this forum.

    Actually have always run malware bytes and it comes up empty, SFC /scannow came up empty and my plex server was up but now disabled

    Thats the majority of the things you asked for. I wont be taking the PC apart simply because its a Mini ITX and a pain in the butt to disassemble and reassemble. The computer is a custom Revolt R77 from Ibuypower.
