    spdMerlin The future of spdMerlin

@Jack Yaz I've noticed a few "blanks" within the Packet Loss results...not sure if it is a calculation, conversion, or what there....Noticed it on both routers so that would make me think issue is across the board??

i vote for scheduled as i run mine nightly when everyone is asleep with less traffic to compete with. manual i may run to see what i get randomly during the day and it may be less consistent.

I agree with others here....SPDmerlin doing the scheduled test among other things makes it far superior than the Asus tool.

HAHA! Well, I read a rumor they used your code so still your problem. /sarcasm ;) Better yet how long before someone confuses the two or wonders why you don't move yours from Addons sections to be beside the new one??

RT-AC88U drops the same 2 users with no warning every few days

What do the logs show? That should help shed more light on it. There has to be something around that time during this if router is at fault I would think. Uploading the logs for others to look at would be beneficial in tracking it down for you.

I've seen this on my 86 unit but when I log out and back in it shows correctly. Does yours if you do that as well? I would be curious to know why your Wan IP is a private IP though.....Behind another unit possibly?

Self compiled versions don't include trend micro options such as Adaptive QOS if you use those. You could use the Merlin generated alpha firmware using the onedrive link in the first post though.

So after running two days with no issues on secondary location I've decided to jump in the deep end and try it on my main router. So far same issue as other unit with slow gui coming up after initial firmware upgrade. Will report back after 45 mins or so to. Will check addons as well during that...
