    Slow wired speeds on RT-AX86U

@fifty : Did you resolve the issue? I've got Frontier 1 Gig symmetrical connection and I get 900+ download and about 300 upload. Previously when I was using the AX3000, I'd get 930+ up and down.

    Port Forwarding randomly stops working

Update : After a week of testing looks like asuscomm.com ddns was the culprit. After changing to NoIP I haven't had any downtime at all. Also my IP probably changed this week cause my old asuscomm ddns doesn't resolve anymore (after replacing it with noip)

    Port Forwarding randomly stops working

I changed the ddns provider to noip.com from the default asuscomm.com that Asus provides. I noticed that the old asuscomm.com dns name still works, I'm guessing they don't delete it from their system and it'll continue to work until my external ip changes.

    Port Forwarding randomly stops working

Thanks @ColinTaylor and @dosborne for your replies. It surprisingly didn't occur today, or maybe it went down and I didn't notice. I'll keep an eye out it if it happens again and try to troubleshoot.

    Port Forwarding randomly stops working

I have a server running on a raspberry pi on my network. The Pi has a static address (192.168.1.10) and the server port is 8504 I wanted to access the server from outside the network, so I setup port forwarding to forward external port 30180 to internal 192.168.1.10 : 8504 TCP I have the...

    Per Device DNS Setting

@cptnoblivious Thank you. I want to avoid too many points of failure, in your method, if pihole went down, my whole network would go down too. And I need adblocking only on my iPhone and a bunch of other devices, so I set their dns server to the pihole manually.

    Per Device DNS Setting

Thanks @ColinTaylor I changed the WAN DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 and left the LAN DNS empty. Went through this old thread to understand the benefits - https://www.snbforums.com/threads/what-does-wan-dns-setting-do.48227/

    Per Device DNS Setting

Thanks guys, I tried the DNS Server (Optional) for my iPhone and it worked this time. Hope it stays that way. @bbunge, I used to use Cloudflare Security, but my Weather Station stopped transmitting data so i switched to Google's DNS.

    Per Device DNS Setting

My Setup is as follows : Asus RT-AX3000 running the latest Merlin firmware. I have Frontier internet and as their DNS is unstable I am using Google's DNS 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4 (LAN - DHCP Server tab - DNS and Wins Server Setting) I also have a pihole (DNS Server with adblocking features...

Traffic Analyzer - Statistic only goes back 15 days

I upgraded to the latest version a couple of weeks back, but this has been happening from the time I got this router, in Jan this year.

Traffic Analyzer - Statistic only goes back 15 days

Thanks. I'll probably end up using Vnstat.

Traffic Analyzer - Statistic only goes back 15 days

Gotcha. My JFFS currently shows 7.32 / 47.00 MB. So something else is probably going on.

Traffic Analyzer - Statistic only goes back 15 days

I have the RT-AX3000 with the latest Asus Merlin installed on it, It has been running for several months. The only issue I seem to have with it is that the Traffic Analyzer - Statistic provides data for only the last 15 days. Anyone know why this is happening and if there is a way to correct...
