    UPDATE: The only issue I've noticed with this firmware is, now I get the flashing exclamation point in the router admin page.     RT-AC66U Firmware version 3.0.0.4.376.3754

    Upgraded to this about 12 hours ago. No problems. The issue of downloads to your RT-AC66U attached drive not being visible without doing a rescan of the disk is FIXED. Now they show right up! It was a minor annoyance, but nice to have it addressed. THANK YOU, Asus!

    Media Server not rescanning on 3.0.0.4.376_2524 firmware

    You do not need to unplug / replug the drive. Just log in to the RT-AC66U, click on the drive on the "Network Map" page, in the right column labeled "External USB disk status" click "Disk Utility" and then click the "Rescan" button.

    No. I've never had any rebooting issues with RT-AC66U with any firmware. I've regularly updated over the last 18 months. Both 1123 and 2524 were/are rock solid stable.
