im on the latest firmware. rebooting the router will fix the issue for a couple of hours.
yes exactly. Are you only loosing internet access on 2.4GHz WiFi but still retaining 2.4GHz WiFi connection
GT-AX11000 Pro is a few days old.
WiFi 2.4GHz will loss the internet from any connected device on 2.4ghz. Devices on the 5GHz is perfect.
i try rebooting router. that works for a couple of hours. then again all devices connected to 2.4ghz no internet.
the only setting i change was the setup...
my setting isnt on auto smart connect.
2.4GH i set Channel Bandwidth to 20MHz, Control Channel 6
5GHz i set channel Bandwidth 80MHz, Control Channel 36
rebooted router. made sure setting stick after reboot.
did test. on two devices. still the same slow speed Wifi only. .
i do not use AI cloud, or asus mobile app. as for the FW i dont remember what FW i was on when the issue occurred. now im on the latest FW. i didn't do any changes to setting before the issue started.
hardwire ethernet yes. works perfect.
when i did Factor reset i only connected two devices...
