GT-AX11000 Pro is a few days old.
WiFi 2.4GHz will loss the internet from any connected device on 2.4ghz. Devices on the 5GHz is perfect.
i try rebooting router. that works for a couple of hours. then again all devices connected to 2.4ghz no internet.
the only setting i change was the setup process, and port forward 2 devices that have static ip.

What firmware are you running on the router?
Are you only loosing internet access on 2.4GHz WiFi but still retaining 2.4GHz WiFi connection? Or are the client devices dropping the 2.4GHz WiFi connection entirely?
Check your router's system logs, if you haven't done so already, to see what else may have happened around the time you experience the issue. That might give a clue as to the problem.
Post readable screen shot(s) of your Wireless settings, redacting sensitive information, so others can review and comment.
If you haven't done so already, use the forum search feature to search these Asus subforms. Some have had similar issues with 2.4Ghz wifi and there are some suggestions, like using a Channel bandwidth of 20MHz and using a Control Channel of 1, 6 or 11 for the 2.4GHz wifi.

im on the latest firmware. rebooting the router will fix the issue for a couple of hours.
yes exactly. Are you only loosing internet access on 2.4GHz WiFi but still retaining 2.4GHz WiFi connection
