    VPN Director vs VPN Fusion

Same problem for me exactly. This seems like a GUI bug.

Stop/Stop WireGuard wgc1 from command line?

thanks for the suggestion I will give it a try. But what is strange is that this type of extra command is not necessary when starting an openvpn client. When I do that, the interface updates itself properly. And even with a wireguard command, PART of the interface DOES update properly, it is...

Stop/Stop WireGuard wgc1 from command line?

So after much testing I believe this is a bug in the web UI not updating itself when the command line items are run. Is there an official place to report such a bug, or is this it? :)

Stop/Stop WireGuard wgc1 from command line?

So the actions DO seem to work and connect/disconnect to the wireguard vpn server, so I am guessing this is just a bug in the web ui that will not show properly if these commands are issued via command line?

Stop/Stop WireGuard wgc1 from command line?

Are there any updated instructions or tips here? On AX86U Pro here (and running 388.2_2), and when I run those commands, the VPN director interface does not reflect that it has been turned on, and the VPN Status tab shows the Wireguard connection box with no information inside of it or an empty...

No WiFi if usb stick attached

UGH!!!! This happened again! And I don't have the patience to go through this whole f-ing setup again, especially not if this will happen over and over. I guess I will wait for the next update and pray that fixes it.

No WiFi if usb stick attached

Mostly yes. Backing up and restoring JFFS partition did restore some of the settings though, so I would definitely do that before tackling all the settings screens. And resetting all of this did in fact fix my problem, as WiFi now works on boot even with usb stick installed.

I did the following: Visited every damn page of my config and took screenshots Went to Administration/RestoreSaveUpload Setting and backed up my JFFS partition On the same...

No WiFi if usb stick attached

I have a very strange issue happening the last couple of days with my AC86U running 386.7_2: If the usb stick (containing some files and entware folder) is attached (to either usb port) while booting up the router, WiFi will fail and be unavailable. The networks (2g and 5g) are still showing up...

Disable IPv6 when connected to VPN

Just a little follow up. In my use case, I always enable or disable my various client vpns via shortcuts created on my iphone. I just added this command to a combined shortcut and it works great. It does the following: Run Script over SSH with command "service start_vpnclient3" (3rd client...

Release Asuswrt-Merlin 386.5 is now available

Hm, didn't see this anywhere else in the thread, so apologies if I missed it, but FYI in case it helps someone: I noticed that upgrading from 386.5 to 386.5_2 caused a massive drop in my Tx rate. Finally saw that in my Advanced Settings / Wireless section, it was suddenly set to Channel...

VPN Director for only some ports on IP?

Is there a way to use the VPN Director interface to only route some ports on the particular LAN IP to use the VPN, and leave all others to use the WAN? Or do I need to go this route for this type of functionality? Thanks!
