Don't know. They sent a new modem in its place and I have still yet to open box. Still rocking the 86u I bought while I shipped other out.

Hi Scott, I am using Asus 88u router and facing kind of problem you were facing that suddenly my devices get disconnected from 2.4 Ghz and then connects again. 5 Ghz is working fine. PLease guide if your issue has been resolved. Thanks
