Workiing since day 1 too here and for all I know using it (of course :) ). The only issue I got 2 times is after a FW upgrade the APP won't connect. Each time I had to uninstall the app and reinstall it from scratch and it was fine again. So no guarantee but still it seems to work
Hi,
Not sure it's linked but I faced a similar scenario (tell me): I've the app on my iPhone since ages, always working. Somewhere in the last 2 weeks it updated and the connection was not possible anymore. As the routeur was not updated I searched on the iPhone APP side: removing it...
This would be great indeed, to track issues and have a better view on such situation. So far I didn't noticed it again so this is not a regular situation I agree. Low priority if any ;).

Just my 2 cents on something never noticed prior 4.0.3: I spotted 2 times on my setup where the second event below was missing
uiDivStats: Starting stat update
uiDivStats: Stats updated successfully
So the update started, but "Stats updated successfully" never pops out. All...

Hi and thx. At this time the error is no more present, sorry if I made this unclear in my first post (or I missed your point?)

Once connected to the right node, go to Aimesh>Clients and click on the "bind" icon
Hi,
I did it for the same hardware since the week 1 and never looked back. I read about it too before proceeding, here is how it goes for me:
Mainly it reset some values to default FW settings, best to do it when moving to Merlin/GNUton. Do the WPS reset on each node and do no restore backup...
Maybe router specific if nothing else in the path. I get XT8 with 388.2_2_gnuton (should be the same) and hourly speedtest with autobw enabled (for the QoS), and the below settings. No issue so far.
PS: I use an USB dongle to store the result
