It's a T-Mobile Cellspot branded. This is the first time I have ran into a FW update issue though.

There is nothing plugged into any USB and I tried with only my PC hardwired to it.

On 384.15 and trying to upgrade to either .16 or .17 experience the same issue. The update will say complete but when I log back in I am still on .15. I have reset the router back to factory settings but still having the same issue.
