how to modify nf_conntrack_expect_max permernantly

my router is AC668U B1, with about 30 clients connected to it. the clients will initiate a pptp connection to an internet server, and if connection is not established, the client will retry after 20 seconds. after some time, all clients will not be able to establish a connection. I checked...
