[WICENS] WAN IP Change Email Notification Script v4

Cool. One more question. If you have both below options enabled and the router reboots, will you get 2 emails ? one for reboot and one for ip change ? WAN IP change Email notify = enabled Router reboot Email notify = enabled

[Announcement] Removal of AiCloud from Asuswrt-Merlin

@RMerlin Are you going to remove the entry completely in the webUI ? I am asking because in the 388.11 alpha builds it is still there. At least for the AX86U.

    Proper PPPoE Setup on Merlin?

In my case Vodafone is using VLAN 836 for IPTV and the Vodafone STB box is connected via wifi to the AX86U. Do I need to add the VLAN as you described too ? PPPoE is running on AX86U and the ZTE modem supplied by Vodafone is in bridge mode (VLAN 835).

Hi all I am getting below messages in my AX86U (v3004.388.7) almost every 20secs. I noticed them after performing a restore to factory default. Are these harmless ? May 11 21:48:00 kernel: SHN Release Version: 2.0.1 21224-01 May 11 21:48:00 kernel: UDB Core Version: 0.2.20 May 11 21:48:00...

Release Asuswrt-Merlin 3004.388.7 is now available

@RMerlin I noticed that the "format jffs partition on next boot" is missing in this release. You wrote in below post that this is missing from models XT12, GT-AX6000, GT-AXE16000 and GT-AX11000_Pro. I have an AX86U. Have I missed something here ...

Release Asuswrt-Merlin 3004.388.6 is now available

@RMerlin Have you removed the below option from OpenVPN ? pull-filter ignore "dhcp-option DNS" I am asking as in the new version of Android OpenVPN client (v3.4.0) I get an error message and can't connect anymore unless I remove this line.

Release Asuswrt-Merlin 3004.388.4 is now available

Yes this is correct. Just verified above using an HP laptop connected to AX86U.

Release Asuswrt-Merlin 3004.388.4 is now available

@RMerlin Just tried the 3004.388.4 as I missed the beta 3 one on my AX86U and ddns-start script does not kick in when you disconnect from the GUI under network map. My understanding from your posts in the beta thread was that it was fixed in beta 3. Is this not correct ? Also noticed that even...

WAN IP and hostname verification was always set to no. Note that this option does not exist if someone is using www.asus.com or custom.
