    Not sure if I needed to factory reset after going to 249 but I didn’t. Once it disconnected on me, I lost hope.

    I went back to 249 and not even a hour in got a disconnect again. Out of options now and went back to an old orbi router.

    Did it work for you? You’re having the same issue as me with this firmware To keep off the trend micro, is it just withdrawing from the asus privacy notice?

    It’s weird cus the 39249 was running good with no disconnects for days. I’ll try a factory reset if it happens again.

    Get-be98 pro It’s the same disconnecting issue from the router from previous firmware versions. A hard reboot of the modem and router is necessary to get it back going.

    Updated to the new firmware 39260 yesterday, was working well, until my first disconnect just now. Any else update so far and experience a disconnect?
