Need help with a setup 2 routers, 2 switches

Hello, I have been working on this for a week or so now but I have an issue that I have been unable to resolve. I have Comcast & Verizon feeding my Asus AX3000 (172.22.0.1) that connects to an SCM 8848 Switch on vlan 2 (172.22.0.2) This router also provides wifi & DHCP for my domain laptops...
