    @upinsmoke I get that settings have been updated sometimes too. Rebooting the router solves it for me. I also don't always get the pages, refresh in the browser works. It doesn't happen a lot, but I'm seeing that issue too (not using ta version).

    I've tried 1000,800 but it does not make a difference on the cpu load. It still goes to 100% when doing a speedtest with 500/500.

    It being inside the firmware doesn't mean it's slowing it down when turned off. Even turned on it's not costing that much, with everything turned on @AC68U it's using 72-74MB of the 250MB RAM available. And it's still routing 500/500 with PPPoE. There are others reaching 740/631 without PPPoE...

    The parental controls and AIProtection are also available on the AC68U with RMerlin's firmware. So with that reasoning you might just as well buy an AC68U as long as you don't want to mount it to a wall.

    For some IPTV setups you need to assign the port to a VLAN, also you might want to enable IGMP snooping.
