No, I do not use spdMerlin. Like I said, I should have reported this with previous Merlin versions, but I have seen this issue for a number of previous releases.

My Speedtest is: Those parameters are well within my bandwidth. So, is Cake really getting disabled periodically? If so, why? Should I be running a user script to check the Cake status periodically, every 5 min, and enable if it is disabled?
