Did as many others an dirty upgrade, just flashed over 386.7_2 to 386.8 on my RT-AX88U and been up for some hours without any problems (except the temp thingy). My Internet speed is really ok I pay for 250MB ul/250MB dl.

Hmmm, then I´m not sure what is going on, only thing I noticed is that your driver is higher version than mine but mine is newer? I got mine from Asrock since it is their motherboard I use.

Hi there, I have the same Intel Wifi 6 AX200 integrated in my Asrock taichi x570 and had to go upgrade FW for that when I changed to my new RT-AX88U. Make sure to check out so your driver not are lower than 20.10.1* (or later to resolve connectivity issues). Hope this will help you out.

Have you done a factory reset and reboot the router and checked it after how it works? That have helped for some ppl in here.
