Hi, the VoIP problem was fixed as I wrote in the previous post, the error was on the provider's side. I've been using firmware 506 for 3 months without any problems.

Hi, Asus support sent me the beta firmware TUF-AX4200_3.0.0.4_388_33957-ge8b1967_downgrade_sdk_to_v7670.trx to try, as you yourself write this firmware should work because they rolled back the driver, but this firmware does not work, the same problems occur, the last working...
So after three months on firmware 3.0.0.4.388_33506 my SIP VoIP phone stopped working, otherwise everything works without problems. Does anyone have a tip where the problem could be with the phone?
After connecting the old TpLink router the phone works, so there is no fault with the provider. I...
Hi, I've been in contact with Asus support for about two months now and support tells me there's no problem. They supposedly tested the router in the lab and found no problems, so they're just telling me what settings to try and then send the logs. Since they found no problems, there's no plan...
@UltrashRicco
Can I ask what IPv6 settings you mean? When performing the factory reset, IPv6 is always disabled, only the IPv6 firewall is enabled.
Could you please describe what you are disabling with IPv6?
@JohnKKKKK
Hi, I have a different model Tuf-AX4200 but it has the same chipset, I communicate with ASUS support, I test different firmwares, different settings, but the problems are there all the time. In my case, I always have IPv6 turned off, QoS turned off and I have no VPN. Support doesn't...
@RomainD2
You don't mean they rejected you and told you to return the product and buy another one. Is this how ASUS takes care of its customers?
I feel like throwing up.
@RT-AX59U.Japan
Hello, thank you for the information.
However, due to the WiFi problems, we will not buy another device.
That is driving a wedge with a wedge, if you understand me.
I buy a car and sometimes the car will go up a hill and sometimes it won't, so I buy another car to go up the hill...
@bingoshrimp
Hi, thanks for the feedback, I'm also sorry that you have the same problems as me.
ASUS support actually wrote to me that they don't have any problems described, but it could be a defense mechanism of the company, it's always better to say that there are no problems and the...
ASUS support wanted to send the data, so I reinstalled this firmware 3.0.0.4.388_33965, did a complete data reset and then manually set up the router. After a while, the problems started to reappear.
In more than a week since I installed firmware 3.0.0.4.388_33506, I haven't had a single problem.
Hi, I contacted ASUS support and was told that they are not experiencing any issues with page loading, internal network freezes, or other issues. This means that they are not aware of any issues and there is no plan to fix them.
@Fandroid
Thanks for the answer, I just find it strange that they gave you the same firmware number for just the beta, when they already released the official build with the same number.
