TCN and my ISP requiers all internet traffic to be tagged with VID35 and IPTV traffic with VID36 and both are transmitted on the same port. So not only VLAN tagging is required but trunking also
YOu know my reply to this question.
Shibby 115 new SDK version VLAN trunk and tagging doesnt seem to work at all
Just tagging VLAN with VID35 in order to use tomato with my bell FTTH and it craps out.
No more dhcp on lan ports
PPPoE doesnt establish connection (tag doesnt apply?)...
Quick follow up,
I will be abandoning my idea for removing Bell's connection hub.
I called them and they flat out told me that even though what I am trying to do is doable they will not provide me with information on how to do it.
I know that I need to clone my mac address and tag internet...
It is impossible to remove disable NAT, believe me I tried.
There is no option for that. The interface from their router is made to be idiot proof (ie nothing that can screw it up is accessible)
But your idea of MAC address spoofing is intriguing. I'll try an see if it helps.
Though I think the...
The setup up is as follows:
ONT (optical network terminal) -> Bell Router -> LAN port 1 - Asus AC66U

Hello,
I have recently switched from unblock-us to a full VPN service in order to be able to use Spotify and some other services which unblock-us did not support (and have it work on my phone as well).
Now I am facing a setup dilemma. I do not want to be permanently connected to VPN through...
Btw the 3rd ip address that I had in my list is for unblock-us as well, if you read their help page it states all 3
Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk HD
I did it all a little bit differently.
Instead of creating /jffs/scripts/services-start script, I made /jffs/configs/dnsmasq.conf.add
and added all my server entries in there
here is what the file looks like (all the entries were compiled from unblock-us forums and official how-tos...
