    Looks like I might of figured out the problem. It looks like my GPS program was checking for updates every so often which was sending those out. So I uninstalled that. Then I noticed when my Avast checks for updates it also sends those out so what I did was I turned off the Software Updater...

    What do you guys recommend I do? I tried to read the packets in Wireshark with no luck. All my settings are default settings on the router so I don't know why the lease would be 10 minutes? Should I assign an IP to my laptop?
