Just got the same router from Amazon and it's WAN port works fine.

WAN port of AC86U connects only at 100MB. I have CAT6 dropped around the house. Another end of the cable is connected to the LAN port on AX88U (that is 1G). FW is 386.2_6

I'm having the same issue. I'm using AX88U as an AiMesh router and AC86U as a node. Noticed that node connected wirelessly even though it is connected by wire. I activated Ethernet Backhaul Mode to swap it completely to a wired connection and it shows 100MB. Did a bunch of tests with swapping...

I think previously I saw only 2.4 clients connected. Not sure thought how do I check if both are available.

I'm using AX88U as main and AC86U as node in my mesh setup. Started to notice that AC86U picks up only one frequency but not both. Node connected to the main via cable. Could it be some settings related issue? (previously when it was connected wirelessly I recall it had clients on both frequencies)

I'm currently on stock firmware for few weeks now. It seems a bit better. Less connection drops, ping to gateway is more stable. Sometimes having some IP collision (I believe, but not sure how to check) when node is not able to assign IP via dhcp to the pc connected to it - so I did manual...
