    my experience with this new driver was that I couldn't connect to lower 5GHz channels 36-56 but it was fine for higher channels. 2.4Ghz worked fine though.

    I did discover a workaround for Windows 10 users getting ping spikes: sleep and wake your PC. Most of the times it resolves the spikes somehow.
