Thanks. For my purposes I'm thinking about skipping the Is_Private_IPv4() method entirely. I think I will drop it to two minutes too and probably remove some of the guts to create a "CheckLan.sh" for this node. For now it's appears it is working though. Thanks @Martineau, great script.
Well, it seems to be working, will need to see next time it would go offline.

If I were to move an AC3100 (merlin aimesh) there instead could I run it on that? I know I can run scripts, but would a mesh client detect the same WAN down as the main router?
I'm running nearly the latest version on an ac86u. Diversion/skynet/unbound etc..
I have tried whitelisting everything I can in Diversion to make my Roku's work with Paramount+.
The only thing that works is disabling Unbound via AMTM.
I would prefer to not bypass the filtering for the...
Disregard: I found a suggestion elsewhere on here about disabling UIDIVSTATS for Diversion. That seems to have stopped it.

I don't understand. I have the same issue. All of my aimesh nodes have IP's that are NOT PRESENT in the configured to LAN->DHCP SERVER->MANUAL ASSIGNMENT ->...
I'm interested in making sure I understand that. But, I'm unclear if it applies to met me..there were no nodes showing up in order to remove. Oddly though they were on the network with clients, just not showing up as nodes or registered as aimesh. It was really weird.
Well, I reset everything and brought it up in (what I think is) the right order. No change. I can still ping the remote node (wifi backhaul) although its taking over a second at times to reply.
There is at least 1 switch between all the nodes at the 86u router. It's unmanaged, but I will grab a ladder and reboot it to rule it out. Thanks, I'll let you know.
Hi all, first time poster, long time reader. Thanks for the help over the years.
I have an AC86u as my main router on Xfinity cable internet. I have 3 Lyra's and 1 AC68U as nodes in my mesh covering a larger two unit home and outbuilding. The Lyra's are in ethernet backhaul with the 68 using...
