    i only have a MacBook and cannot find the drive utility tool for macOS (only windows?!) I have downloaded the 20566 firmware zip. Can I just use the router gui to flash the older firmware?

    The Samsung tv is definitely wired connected no I did not configure the router before Update. I directly updated it out of the box before configuring anything. edit: for others who had the same problem. I rebooted the router via the reboot button in the web GUI. That seemed to fix the issue...
