ddns dns-o-matic

Hi all, After I had to switch my router, I entered exactly the same information I had in my previous one in the DDNS tab of my AC68U (running Merlin 384.13), for all.dnsomatic.com . But I can't get DDNS to work with my new router. Instead, I get as DDNS status "Request error! Please try again"...
