I have a TM-1900 that i've reflashed the bootloader on and installed 380.63_2 on. When I attempt to enable IPTraffic (per IP monitoring), the router goes down and gets stuck in a boot loop. The only way to bring the router back to life is by clearing the NVRAM (holding wps button on start)...
