Get a professional company to come in and come up with a proposal. Any solution would need to be tailored to your specific situation and beyond the scope of a forum to answer.

I am so shocked from your answer
I'm not designing a huge corporate network !!
this forum can the technical share his IT experience.
otherwise, close this forum and bring Some IT Company to do our job!

No one works here @Asusrouterlover. People stop here for help. Home or office network design requests are indeed beyond the scope of this forum. From what I see you start with wrong consumer market hardware. I wouldn't recommend using it in business environment. Your router doesn't support VLAN's, the Guest Network in Asuswrt is still quirky, what you need requires custom scripts and USB stick. You are building a network as reliable as USB stick.

It would almost take longer to type out the overview than it would be to implement it. And the follow-up questions would be killers.

And, your proposal is to shut down the forums if your questions can't be answered?

We will happily answer specific technical questions but your stated goals are too vague to give an accurate answer to. For example, point 5 (Printer Server) could be really simple or an entire subject in it's own right, we don't know. Unless we know your entire setup in detail (client OS's, domain controllers, software, hardware, physical restrictions, etc.) we run the risk of giving incorrect or misleading information. That would waste your time as well as ours. You can't afford to get these things wrong when a business relies on it.

No inconvenience to me. Ask your questions differently. :)

ok
have any idea or Tip for a good script to copy a file from the Windows 10 client pc to NAS device
How about robocopy or drag and drop, built-in to Windows 10? If you want to use robocopy as a backup it will only move the deltas between devices rather than a full back up every time.

I am not so sure about drag and drop remotely but robocopy should work if you can map a drive?

The nice thing about robocopy is they are Windows readable files. You do not need a restore program.

we will go to move to a new office

With home hardware available and 10x computers only my suggestion to you is - go simple, with Windows shares. This setup has no big future, it's only temporary. You all perhaps know each other and will work in 2 rooms. There is nothing wrong to start with what you have available, but if the office is rented long term and the business generates profits - plan better, expandable and manageable network. Make a budget and start exploring options. Most office buildings around my area are pre-wired. Perhaps your new office has wires too - see what you can use.

it will only move the deltas

Bvckup 2 can do whatever you want. Set it once and forget about it.

someone send me this design
