2.4 GHz Speed Issues

Just installed a new RT-AX86U. With my previous Netgear Nighthawk I was getting 400+ mbps on both 2.4 ghz and 5 ghz. With the ASUS, about the same on 5.0 ghz but only about 30 mbps on 2.4 GHz.

Any ideas on settings or changes I can make to improve 2.4 GHz speed?

With what model router can you get 400 Mbps throughput on the 2.4GHz Band? And with which client devices/distances?

Seems pretty unlikely/almost impossible on 2.4Ghz even on AX with 40mhz channel width and afterburner/throughput enhancer. You're certain that wasn't 5ghz performance before?
