The Dual WAN code is spread all over the entire firmware, and the code isn't commented. This is why I do not mess with it, because it would be difficult even to analyse the code to fully understand how it works and keep track of all the changes that might affect it. So, no idea what particular changes can affect it over the thousands of changes that occurred between these two versions.
