4G Failover and NAS

Hi all , I have a Rt AC68u Asus router and wonder if it is possible to plug in a small usb hub to the usb 3.0 slot and setup an external hard drive powered externally with its own power supply as a NAS as well as connect a 4 G modem to the hub and set up WAN failover?
