802.11ac bridging

So I have a 56U and a Linksys 300N (dd-wrt) setup as a wireless bridge and want to replace them already Was just wondering if anyone has an ideas what brand might better support this? I know most of these are brand spanking new so I might have to wait a bit. I like my dd-wrt but I'm so busy here recently that I kind of over it.

Right now only the NETGEAR R6300 supports WDS.

Wonder if I place the Netgear as the main router and set the 56U as the bridge on 5GHz for now?

Another option would maybe with all Asus RT-AC66U and (predicting) a EA-AC66 adapter.
