802.3ad Dynamic Link Aggregation "DS508"

I have been trying without much luck to get IEEE 802.3ad Dynamic Link Aggregation to work on my DS508. I am using a netgear GS108T switch. It seems to work fine till the 508 is reset or powered off. When the 508 is back on line, I can't access it. The switch shows it connected and working, everything looks right, but no access. I have been pulling one network cable to get access. This morning I reset the switch, it came right up. Synology is working on it, but now I'm not sure if the GS108T may have a problem.

Any ideas?

The problem was firmware, Synology sent me a patch. The DS508 is running fine.
