Yet Another Chrony/AdGuard Home Issue

I decided to install the nicely done AdGuard Home addon. So far, it works well!
I have added these blocklists:
AdGuard DNS Filter
OISD Blocklist Large
hagezi pro

While checking some logs, I noticed a ton of chrony issues:

Here is an interesting screen shot of ntpMerlins graph. You can see when AdGuard Home was installed ;-)

After some Googling, I see this has been a common issue…
I have done the Custom Filter Rules adding pool.ntp.org, time.google.com and time.aws.com
I have also added lines to the Upstream DNS Servers (pool.ntp.org, etc.)

Any other recommendations?
