AC3100 Throttling Issue

I bought a AC3100 for use as my router. Worked great for a few days, tonight it seems to be throttling speeds to less than 1 Mbps. I have a 300+ Mbps internet plan, and when I plug my computer directly into the modem, it speedtests at 300+. Any ideas on why it would suddenly start doing this?

What FW are you on, do you use QOS, which mode of QOS do you use? Could be a few factors, but you need to explain your setup.
