AC66U - Cannot connect to guest network

Ricardo M.

New Around Here
Hello,

I have Firmware:378.56_2 in my ASUS RT-AC66U. I have setup the guest network for 2.4Ghz iwth WPA-Auto-Personal and encryption TKIP-AES. My laptop (windows 8) cannot connect to the network. I tried also with a couple of Android Samsumg phones and result is the same.

Notice that I have the 2.4 & 5 Ghz networks working without any problem. Please also notice that if I add a guest network without security (Open System) clients can connect.

My questions are:

1.- Does anybody have the same problem? If so is there any fix / workaround / special configuration for it?
2.- How can I increase the debug level of system log to get more granular information on what's going on with the wireless handshake?
3. Any ideas?

Thanks a lot for your help in advance.

Cheers,

Ricardo
