AC66U HW accelerator Reboot issue

hey folks i have been having issue with the Asus RT-AC66U. using the latest firmware with hw accelerator turned on , the router will restart by itself every 10 minutes

Is this a hardware issue or ISP or even ESET software issue ?

Disconnect Ethernet cables from LAN and WAN ports. If the router still restarts, then its hardware issue. Your router will have to be exchanged for a new one.

the issue is that whenever the hw accelerator turns on , it will reboot .

mine is fibre 100 mbps connections

I know this is a problem with some ISPs. No idea what the cause would be, the HW acceleration is all closed source.
