Hello. I own an AC66UB1 router and I like it. However the media server is something that is unusable in its current form. Album artist and composer tags (the most used ones by me) cannot be searched, track sort order is incorrect in case of multi-disc albums (song order is D1S1, D2S1, D1S2, D2S2 instead of D1S1, D1S2, D2S1, D2S2). I really would not want to install a custom cooked firmware if it can be avoided, but if it is a must, I may do it. I would use the router as a media server instead of a PC if it would work OK. I have found a solution which involves installing asuswrt-merlin + entware + writing some scripts but it is too much for me.
